Text and photos already on the page are edited by you, with no hand-off to a specialist. Log in, click, edit, save. There is no extra charge for it. Layout and design stay locked, so a slip cannot break the page.

Where billing starts

When one of the three below switches on, that month is billed prorated. Nothing is billed before then.

Monthly active members means signed-up members who logged in or were active that month. Visitors who only browse are not counted. So your invoice stays the same even when visits multiply.

The third trigger is still being metered. Until then, only the first two decide it.

What the monthly rate already covers

All three come with the monthly rate. There is nothing extra to switch on, and your invoice reads the same whether you use them or not.

Paid by what you use

Your monthly rate already carries the amounts below. Traffic is never charged, however much of it arrives. Storage comes with an included amount, and we have not set a price for going past it, so nothing beyond it is billed. If we ever set one, you get 60 days of notice before it starts.

What is not on this table

  • Sales commission is ₩0. We take no share of what you sell
  • No sign-up fee and no cancellation penalty. You pay prorated for the days you used, and when you stop, it ends there
  • Custom domains carry no fee, however many you connect

  • Payment gateway fees are contracted directly with Toss by the customer

When you build and hand over

  • Nothing is billed while you build. Accounts, team seats, the deploy path, and CLI and MCP access carry no charge either
  • The moment you hand it over, the site and who pays for it move to the customer's account together. You never end up carrying someone else's invoice
  • If you are handing over several at once, ask us and we will talk the terms through with you

Operating terms

  • No lock-in. Deployed files are standard HTML originals, so they move anywhere as they are, and data export stays open at all times
  • Prices fixed for 12 months. If a rate has to go up, we give 60 days' notice and it applies from the next cycle. Reductions and cancellations take effect immediately
  • The footer carries one line: 'Powered by Saeroon Hosting'
  • A missed payment is retried three times, then given 30 days. The site keeps loading throughout; after that, only publishing stops. Connected domains stay, and data is kept for 180 days
  • Support is docs and MCP first; email and text get business-day replies. Incidents that affected customers are logged

The monthly rate includes VAT (10%); usage charges are separate. Listed prices are our own confirmed rates, and any claim carrying a number keeps its evidence and measurement records on file before publication (per Article 5 of the Fair Labeling and Advertising Act). Billing is monthly in arrears and prorated, with the monthly rate and the actual-use items (messaging, AI tokens) bundled into a single tax invoice. Storage past the included amount is not billed — we have not set a rate for it, and you get 60 days of notice before any rate takes effect. Items marked 'not yet open' are covered by the monthly rate, but their wiring is not finished, so please do not start trading on them yet.

Starting with when billing begins and whether there is anything more to pay

From the month one of three things switches on: a domain you connected passes verification, one real payment is approved, or monthly active members pass 100. Monthly active members means signed-up members who logged in or were active that month. Until then it is ₩0 with no time limit and no card on file. The third trigger is still being metered, so for now only the first two decide it.
The monthly rate stays the same. What decides live status is monthly active members, and that counts signed-up members only, so visitors who merely browse can multiply several times over without moving your rate. Traffic itself is not charged either, so a month of heavy visits leaves the invoice exactly where it was.

Yes. The billing unit is a project, not a site, so an app that uses only the backend with no screen is the same ₩4,900. Members and boards built up on the web are called straight from the app, and our own app already runs this way.
Yes. HTML, CSS, and JS from an AI tool go up with one command. There is no conversion step, so the screen appears exactly as it was built. Add one documented attribute to the markup and inquiry forms, members, and boards attach. Hand your AI the developer center address and it reads the docs and wires them for you.
Catalogue, cart and orders attach today. Real payment connection is finishing verification on our own shop and going through the merchant review. Payments are included in the flat fee, so there is nothing to apply for and nothing extra to pay; please wait until it opens before taking real customers. This page will change first when it does.
Visits and consultations can be booked, with slots, confirmation and overlap guard. We confirmed the refuse-on-overlap path on our own sites. Bookings that carry a prepayment or deposit sit at the same stage as payments, so please wait for that part. Booking is included in the flat fee as well, with nothing extra to pay.
