These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Saeroon Hosting platform and services ("Service") provided by Saeroon Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. "Service" refers to the website builder, hosting, e-commerce, booking system, and other online business platform services provided by the Company. 2. "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service. 3. "Member" refers to a User who has registered an account with the Company. 4. "Site" refers to websites created and managed by Users through the Service. 5. "Content" refers to all text, images, videos, and other materials posted by Users through the Service.

1. A service agreement is formed when you agree to these Terms, apply for Service use, and the Company accepts your application. 2. The Company may refuse or terminate your account if: - You provide false or inaccurate information - You use someone else's identity - You have previously violated these Terms - Other conditions set by the Company are not met

1. The Company provides the following services: - Drag-and-drop website builder - Website hosting and subdomain provision - E-commerce (online store) functionality - Online booking system - Contact forms and customer management tools - Other services as determined by the Company 2. The Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in principle. 3. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or other necessary reasons.

1. Service fees are determined according to the pricing plans set by the Company. 2. The Company may change paid service fees with prior notice. 3. Fees paid by Users are refundable according to the refund policy. 4. Payments are processed through payment methods designated by the Company, such as Toss Payments and PayPal.

1. The Company shall not engage in activities prohibited by law or these Terms. 2. The Company shall make best efforts to provide continuous and stable Service. 3. The Company shall maintain security systems to protect User personal information and comply with its Privacy Policy. 4. The Company shall process legitimate User complaints through appropriate procedures.

1. Users shall not: - Use others' information without authorization - Modify information posted by the Company without permission - Collect, store, or disclose information not permitted by the Company - Infringe intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties - Damage the reputation of or interfere with the business of the Company or third parties - Post or link to obscene or illegal content - Interfere with stable Service operation - Engage in other activities violating applicable laws 2. Users are legally responsible for Sites created through the Service.

1. Intellectual property rights in software, designs, logos, and trademarks included in the Service belong to the Company. 2. Copyright in Content posted by Users belongs to those Users. 3. Users may freely use templates and blocks provided by the Company within the Service, but may not separately sell or distribute them. 4. The Company may use Content posted by Users for Service operation and marketing purposes.

1. Users may request termination of their account through account settings in the Service at any time. 2. The Company may restrict Service use or terminate the agreement if Users violate these Terms. 3. Upon termination, User data will be retained according to applicable law and then deleted. 4. For termination during paid service periods, remaining fees will be processed according to the refund policy.

1. The Company is not liable when the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service interruption. 2. The Company is not responsible for Service disruptions caused by User negligence. 3. The Company is not liable for loss of expected profits from using the Service. 4. The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of Content posted by Users.

1. The Company is not liable for damages related to free Service use. 2. For paid services, the Company's liability is limited to the fees paid by the User. 3. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

If Users violate these Terms or applicable laws and cause damage to the Company, Users shall indemnify the Company for such damages.

1. Disputes between the Company and Users shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the Republic of Korea. 2. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

1. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. 2. When Terms are amended, the Company will announce the changes and effective date through Service notices. 3. Users who do not agree to amended Terms may terminate their account. 4. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

1. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable law or Service policies set by the Company. 2.
