The purpose of these Terms is to set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Saeroon ("the Company") and users in relation to the use of the recurring payment (auto-billing) service provided by the Company.
Recurring payment means a payment service under which the payment method (card) registered by the user is used to charge and settle the payment amount automatically at each billing cycle agreed in advance. • First charge: One charge is made to the payment method as soon as the user consents • Recurring payment: Charged automatically at each billing cycle (monthly/yearly) • Cancellation: Renews automatically unless the user cancels
When applying for recurring payment, the user must consent to the following: • That one charge is made to the payment method as soon as the first payment is made • That payment is taken automatically at each billing cycle (monthly/yearly) • The payment amount and the payment date • How to cancel, and that auto-billing continues until cancellation If you do not consent to the above, you cannot apply for recurring payment.
If a payment fails at the time of a recurring charge, the following procedure applies: • Automatic retry: Up to 3 retries at intervals of 1 day, 3 days, and 7 days • Suspension: If all 3 attempts fail, the subscription is placed in a Paused state • Grace period: Service is maintained for 7 days after suspension • Automatic downgrade: After 7 days, the subscription is automatically downgraded (cancelled) When a payment fails, an email notification is sent to the user, and the payment method can be changed from the Dashboard.
You may cancel recurring payment at any time via the following path: • Path: Dashboard > Subscription Management > Cancel Subscription When cancellation is requested, it is handled as follows: • Charges for the next billing cycle stop immediately • Service is maintained until the end of the current billing cycle • The subscription expires automatically after that end date Refunds after cancellation are governed by the [Refund Policy].
You may change your payment method at any time via the following path: • Path: Dashboard > Subscription Management > Change Payment Method A change of payment method takes effect immediately with the new payment method, and charges are made to the new payment method from the next recurring payment date.
Refunds for recurring payments are governed by the [Refund Policy]. Given the nature of digital content, use is deemed to begin as soon as the service is activated, and refunds are restricted accordingly.
The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with applicable law. Any changes will be announced on this page at least 30 days before the effective date (60 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users). For changes unfavorable to users, the Company obtains the user's consent separately from the announcement, and a user who does not consent may cancel before the change takes effect.
